• Return / replacement of product within 14 days from the date of purchase only, when the product is new and in its original packaging, the product has not been used, with proof of purchase.
• The product must be sent back to the sender's address, payment of the return shipping fee is at your own risk and can not be refunded.
• Once the product has been received by, I will check its condition, if I confirm its condition it will send a refund / credit according to the customer's request

Pickup  - The customer will arrive at the address that will be provided to him and will arrive by prior arrangement (the address on the Tel Aviv-Givatayim border). It is the customer's responsibility to coordinate the collection and come to collect his products. (You can contact us at any time and add shipping if you have regretted and decided that you do not want to come)  

Registered mail delivery  (Israel Post) - The customer will be provided with a tracking code for his package, the customer is responsible for tracking his package and collecting it on time.

In case of non-collection and return of the product to the sender, the customer will be asked to pay shipping again. Israel Post undertakes 14 business days using this delivery method.

Courier to the door  - A courier will arrive to the customer within 3 business days throughout the country, (to Judea and Samaria there may be a delay of a few days) The courier will contact the customer by phone provided, the customer must be available and receive the courier's call.
