Shipping Policy

Self-Pickup

​

  • The customer will pick up the order at the provided address, by prior arrangement (location: near the Tel Aviv – Givatayim border).

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to schedule the pickup and collect the products.

  • If the customer later wishes to change to a delivery option, they may contact us at any time and pay the additional shipping fee.

Registered Mail (Israel Post)

​

  • A tracking code will be provided to the customer. The customer is responsible for tracking the package and collecting it on time.

  • The package can be tracked via the official Israel Post website.

  • If the package is not collected and returned to the sender, the customer will be required to pay the shipping fee again.

  • Estimated delivery time: up to 14 business days.

Door-to-Door Courier

  • A courier will deliver within up to 3 business days across Israel.

  • Delivery to areas such as Judea and Samaria may take a few additional days.

  • The courier will contact the customer via the provided phone number – the customer must be available to receive the delivery.

איסוף עצמי

​

  • הלקוח יגיע לכתובת שתסופק לו, בתיאום מראש (הכתובת באזור גבול תל אביב – גבעתיים).

  • על הלקוח מוטלת האחריות לתאם את האיסוף ולבוא לאסוף את מוצריו.

  • במידה והלקוח ירצה לשנות את הבחירה ולבקש משלוח, ניתן ליצור קשר בכל עת ולהוסיף דמי משלוח.

משלוח דואר רשום (דואר ישראל)

​

  • ללקוח יסופק קוד מעקב לחבילה, והלקוח אחראי לעקוב אחרי החבילה ולאסוף אותה בזמן.

  • ניתן לעקוב אחרי החבילה בקישור זה (לפי האתר הרשמי של דואר ישראל).

  • במקרה שהחבילה לא נאספת וחוזרת לשולח, הלקוח יתבקש לשלם שוב דמי משלוח.

  • זמן אספקה משוער: עד 14 ימי עסקים.

שליח עד הבית

  • שליח יגיע עד 3 ימי עסקים לכל רחבי הארץ.

  • לאזורים כמו יהודה ושומרון יתכן עיכוב של מספר ימים נוספים.

  • השליח יצור קשר עם הלקוח בטלפון שסופק – על הלקוח להיות זמין ולקבל את המשלוח.

Returns and Exchange Policy

​

You may cancel a purchase and return/exchange a product within 14 days from the date of purchase, under the following conditions:

​

  • The product is new, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

​​

The product must be sent back to the sender’s address.

​

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will be refunded along with the product price.

​​

Once the product is received and its condition is verified, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method(or store credit, at the customer’s choice), within 14 days from the date of return.

מדיניות החזרים והחלפות

​

ניתן לבטל עסקה ולהחזיר/להחליף מוצר תוך 14 יום מתאריך הקנייה, בתנאים הבאים:

​

  • המוצר חדש, לא נעשה בו שימוש, והוא באריזתו המקורית.

  • מצורפת הוכחת קנייה.

​​

את המוצר יש לשלוח לכתובת השולח.

​

  • דמי המשלוח חזרה יחולו על הלקוח.

  • דמי המשלוח ששולמו בעת הקנייה יוחזרו ללקוח, יחד עם עלות המוצר.

​

לאחר קבלת המוצר ובדיקת מצבו, יינתן החזר כספי מלא באותה דרך תשלום (או זיכוי, לפי בחירת הלקוח), וזאת תוך 14 יום ממועד החזרת המוצר.
